We have released an update of SuanShu, the Java numerical and statistical library. http://www.numericalmethod.com/trac/numericalmethod/wiki/SuanShu

This release has new features and some bug fixes. The highlights are as the following.

• added ‘combinatorics’ package which includes Counter, Ties, Twiddle, etc.
• allowed multi-threaded random number generation repeatable with new classes such as ThreadIDRNG
• fixed vertex comparison (no longer restricted to identity comparison) in graph package
• improved the performance of QPPrimalActiveSetMinimizer and QPDualActiveSetMinimizer when the input constraints contain box constraints
• many classes based on random number generation are now repeatable with seeded RNGs, e.g., all distribution classes, all optimizers
• improved significantly the performance of ARIMA forecast (60x faster)

More information can be found in the javadoc: http://www.numericalmethod.com/javadoc/suanshu/
This version is not backward compatible with the previous release.
