    We have released an update of SuanShu, the Java numerical and statistical library.

    This release has many changes and bug fixes. The highlights are as the following.

      • added new methods in MatrixUtils, e.g., sum, rowMeans, colMeans, deRowMean, deColumnMean, etc.


      • added LedoitWolf2004 for computing covariance matrix


      • added ‘graph’ package with many graph algorithms and data structures


      • bugfix: underflow problem in JenkinsTraubReal


      • repackaging: e.g., ‘linearalgebra’ to ‘algebra.linear’, ‘mathstructure’ to ‘algebra.structure’, etc.


      • SuanShuUtils has been refactored into ExceptionUtils and PrecisionUtils


      • some minor bugfixes


    • some performance improvement

    This version is not backward compatible with all previous releases.
